Because sometimes you just HAVE to have NACHOS! 🙆 Today was a Sweet Potato Fry Nachos day and I am completely ok with that! 👌
Sometimes healthy me misses the unhealthy aspects of my former life. Sometimes. For those times you see people devouring a bowl of chili cheese nachos — you wish and want to be in on that action, too, right? But then when you have some- you think, “What was I thinking? This really wasn’t as great as my mind had it built up to be!” At least now that I have retrained my taste buds and mind- I no longer find those unhealthy things worth it. I find that I prefer a healthy recreation of it if I am going to have it at all. Nothing is processed or fried. And you know exactly what goes into it! 🙆🙌
🍟 Which brings me to my post: SWEET POTATO FRY NACHOS! These fries are baked, not 🙅 fried, I used chicken rather than beef, but you’re more than welcome to use it. And definitely more than welcome to tower it up as you see fit! This plate 👆 was shared as an appetizer/snack with 4 other people!
